Loughor Parish

Loughor Parish has two churches:

St Michael’s stands near Loughor castle and the road and rail bridges across the river Loughor heading west towards Llanelli.  It is a traditional church, surrounded by a churchyard.

St David’s is on Glebe Road at the corner with Whitley Road.  A new, dual purpose building with a car park behind it.

The Priest in Charge is the Rev Dr Adrian Morgan, also Priest in Charge of Gorseinon (and shortly to be Vicar of the combined Benefice).  In addition to Sunday and midweek services, Togs (a Parent/Carer and Toddler Group) meets in St David’s, and there is a Bible Study.

There is a Church in Wales webpage
