Llandeilo Tal-y-Bont (Pontarddulais) and Penllergaer Parish

Pontarddulais (sometimes spelled Pontardulais, and correctly Llandeilo Tal-y-Bont Parish) is the northern element of Llwchwr Ministry Area, close to Hendy (which is in another county and diocese).

St Michael’s Church is in the centre


while St Teilo’s is the centre of worship in the Welsh Language


On 28th April 2019 it was joined with Penllergaer to become one Parish.

Penllergaer worships in St David’s, next to the modern Hall, and close to the roundabout which links M4 junction 47 with Gorseinon and Pontlliw.

8am  Holy Eucharist  (not 5th)

(1st Sun only:) 9.15am  Cymun Bendigaid with hymns

10.30am  Holy Eucharist

Wednesday 10.00am  Holy Eucharist  (followed by refreshments in hall)

A Bible Study on Thursdays at 7pm alternates between St Michael’s and St David’s.
